 Roger N Coupe – Partner
Roger established Roger N Coupe Estate Agent in 1991 as a family run independent estate agency. Since opening, the company has rapidly built up a reputation for commitment to customer service excellence, where nothing is too much trouble. Local knowledge has also been a contributing factor to the company’s success. Roger and his wife have lived in the area for over fifty-five years and Mrs Coupe can trace her relatives in the area going back some 200 years!

 Edward Norman – Managing Partner, BA MNAEA
Edward has lived in the area for twenty-five years, and has been involved with Roger N Coupe Estate Agent for fifteen years. He has a wealth of estate agency experience and local knowledge. He leads an enthusiastic and experienced sales team and is passionate about maintaining the high levels of customer service offered. Edward lives locally in Rudgwick with his wife, Caroline, and his two children.

 Stewart Palmer – Sales Manager
Stewart is a highly motivated and professional individual with over ten years’ sales experience. He has been comprehensively trained and is dedicated to providing the highest levels of service. His enthusiastic approach is always attractive to vendors and applicants alike. Having grown-up in the area he now lives locally with his wife. This gives him unrivalled and extensive local knowledge and experience within the area.

 Liz Melvin – Senior Negotiator
Liz is a committed member of the team dedicated to providing a friendly, professional service and has been with the company for five years. She has lived in Cranleigh for twenty-eight years and raised her family here, which has given her excellent local knowledge and allows her to bring a mature perspective to the business.

 Alan Pavia – Negotiator & Sales Manager, Elmbridge Village
Alan has had specific responsibility for sales at Elmbridge Retirement Village since February 2001, but he also works within the residential sales team as Negotiator. Alan is married to Sue, has two children and two grand-children, and has lived in the area for over forty years.
