Roger N Coupe FNAEA – Senior Partner
Roger established Roger N Coupe Estate Agent in 1991 as a family run independent estate agency. Since opening, the company has rapidly built up a reputation for commitment to customer service excellence, where nothing is too much trouble. Local knowledge has also been a contributing factor to the company's success. Roger and his wife have lived in the area for over fifty years and Mrs Coupe can trace her relatives in the area going back some 200 years!
Edward Norman BA MNAEA – Managing Partner
Edward has lived in the area for more than 25 years. He has a wealth of estate agency experience and local knowledge. He leads an enthusiastic and experienced sales team and is passionate about maintaining the high levels of customer service that the Company has become known for.
James Britton – Sales Manager
James joined Roger Coupe in 2009 after spending a year with a large estate agency group in West Sussex as well as running a successful property development business. He originally became part of our team in 2002 during a work experience placement for his degree. We are delighted to welcome him back.
James' professionalism and energy is infectious and our customers agree. He has lived in Ellens Green, between Cranleigh and Rudgwick, since 1996.
Liz Melvin – Senior Negotiator
Liz is a committed member of the team dedicated to providing a friendly, professional service and has been with the Company since 2001. She has lived in Cranleigh for over thirty years and raised her family here, which has given her excellent local knowledge and allows her to bring a mature perspective to the business.
Alan Pavia – Negotiator & Sales Manager, Elmbridge Village
Alan has had specific responsibility for sales at Elmbridge Retirement Village since February 2001, he also works within the residential sales team as Negotiator. Alan is married and has two children and three grand-children, and has lived in the area for over forty years.
