For sale for the first time in 68 years Mossy Copse is a detached prefabricated 1920's bungalow with later additions situated on a good sized garden plot of approximately 0.67 of an acre. Located on the rural edge of the village, surrounded by farmland and bordering Smithwood Common at the foot of the Surrey Hills, this property offers a unique opportunity to redevelop subject to the usual planning consents. The property is in need of full modernisation and given the nature of its construction is unlikely to be mortgageable in its present form. Given the rarity of opportunities such as this we would highly recommend an early enquiry to avoid disappointment.
