Christmas in Cranleigh – why we love this magical time of the year
November has arrived and here in
Cranleigh, our high street is already looking festive. Christmas is a time we
always look forward to – it’s a special season for everyone in the village,
whether you were born and raised here, or have recently relocated to the area.
With such great transport links to
London, Cranleigh has always attracted people who are looking to move out of
the city and enjoy a more leisurely pace of life on the beautiful Surrey/Sussex
borders. You certainly won’t find an ‘us and them’ mentality here - while there
are still many families who’ve lived in Cranleigh for generations, most of the
locals were newcomers themselves not so long ago!
One of the many things we love about
Christmas is the satisfaction of settling families into their new homes in time
for the holidays. Viewing a house for the first time in late summer often means
a completion date of November or early December – although of course these times
can vary a great deal depending on the chain of property transactions involved.
Here at Roger Coupe, it’s our job to help
your sale go through smoothly, ensuring you receive your keys with plenty of
time to put up the decorations and enjoy everything that Cranleigh has to offer
at this time of year.
