Sam Philp

Sales Administrator

Sam joined Roger Coupe in 2022, her local knowledge and background in property making her a real asset to the team.

She has lived in Cranleigh for 18 years with her husband, her four children, and her dog, Muttley, who have all grown up here. So she is very familiar with the village and schools.

Sam previously worked for Savills in Guildford as part of the New Homes team.
